Time for some relaxation

What a nice start to a Sunday.... rainy... good for sleeping in!

Ant has finally finished his module, which means he has a month's break before the next term starts. Time to relax... Happy lazy Sunday everyone! :)

A better 2007 ahead i hope...

Been stuck at home for the past 3 days with fever (which of cos gave me a good chance to finish my Harry Potter book, even though i was so groggy with all the medication :p)

It really hasn't been a good year for me... kept falling sick, a few deaths in Ant's family including my father-in-law's, and the most painful event that happened to me... some are easier to get over, others would probably take a lifetime. Harry Potter's Final Book!

No, No, I am not providing any spoilers here. I have not finished reading it but it's been pretty exciting so far.

I believe most of the die-hard fans would have finished the book by now, and others, like me, are still deeply engrossed. It was quite a funny sight at my mother-in-law's (MIL) house yesterday. My brother-in-law Jon, and I, sitting on either side of my MIL, each clutching on to our own copy of the same book, reading and reading.... While Ant can only look on, and wait till he has submitted his project before he can join the club!

Can't wait to continue once i get home tonight :p - jan

Harry Potter or Gold Class?

Which were we more eager about? Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix? Or the Gold Class experience again??

Personally I enjoyed the gold class experience more... the last one we went to was one and a half years ago. Sigh.... so comfortable... food is a little expensive though. Should have just bought the normal popcorn combo in.

The movie was a little disappointing, but still nice (Us being HUGE Harry Potter fans!)! Probably due to the length of the book. Everything in the movie was "touch and go". At least, that's just my view..... - Jan

Family outing at Sentosa

wow it's been years and years since we last stepped into Sentosa!
Our family decided to have a family outing there for my dad's 70th birthday. It was fun, Sentosa has changed so much! I think we all enjoyed the luge ride the most, including my nephew.
