Agnosticism - a new religion?

I came across this term today went someone indicated "Agnostic" as his religion. Out of curiosity, i went to search the net for more information.

One of the websites states that Agnosticism is "a concept, not a full religion. It is a belief related to the existence or non-existence of God." - http://www.religioustolerance.org/agnostic.htm
